Patchwork out of Rugs and Towels

This garden connects architecture with nature: Rectangular wooden and concrete "rugs" and "towels" float on a sea of gravel and lawn. The structure allowed the seamless integration of the existing pool into the new concept. This strictly geometrical design is livened up by adding bell flowers, violets, tickseed, feathergrass, and Chinese silvergrass.
